The first alumni meet ‘CLA-SANGAM 2017’ was held on 4 th November 2017. The meet started traditionally with the lighting of lamp by the chief guest Rev. Fr. John Kennedy cmf, the former principal of the school and was followed by prayer dance. The occasion was graced by 52 alumni ranging across the first five batches of the school. The inaugural session was followed by cultural programme performed by our students and alumni. Amid much fanfare, the alumni shared their experiences of yester years. Fr. John Kennedy, in his inspirational, soi-distant speech shared an anecdote which illumined the hearts of all and Sundry.
As advised by Fr. Michael Raja, the Principal, the alumni fraternity chose their representatives. In the furtherance and dissimination of information on future alumni meet, Deep Shekhar Acharya of 2010 was entrusted with the post of president and Subhasree Sarkar of 2012 batch was chosen the secretary.
Fr. Michael Raja, the principal took the onus to conclude the programme with a vote of thanks. The meet ended with promise to meet again and everyone bade an emotional farewell to each other.
